Rural Employment Opportunities helps Montana individuals and families with low and moderate incomes increase family economic security through education and employment . REO employment and training programs help participants obtain better paying, stable jobs. Services include job search assistance and financial support for education, job training and related costs. Our goal is to help Montanans improve their earning ability and financial security.

Rural Montana Saves

The Rural Montana Saves program is a special matched savings program that helps families with limited incomes save for costs related to college, job training or self-employment opportunities. These and other program features will help participants make progress toward a goal of employment with increased income. Learn more

Agricultural Worker Program

In REO’s Agricultural Worker Program we help seasonal farm, ranch and other ag workers and family members find employment and training opportunities, that will provide year-round work at a higher wage.
